Resin heating has many benefits, which can increase the fluidity of the resin, facilitate shaping, and reduce bubbles and edge white lines.

The composite resin is heated to about 39°C, which makes the material more fluid and reduces the resin extrusion and the layered curing step

Using this technology reduces the risk of separation between the resin matrix and the filler, improves the biomechanical properties of the composite resin, and avoids bubbles generated during stacking. Heat the resin to 50°C stably to obtain a composite resin with better fluidity for bonding.
